Walk-ins are welcome at Burwood and Newtown during trading hours. Calling ahead is recommended for newer models, uncommon parts and urgent fixed. Parramatta is not a walk-in shopfront; pickup, delivery or arranged drop-off may be available after you contact the team.
Many common phone fixed are completed the same day, and iPad screens generally take 40–60 minutes when the correct part is available. Water damage, board-level work and parts that must be ordered can take longer. We confirm the timeframe after diagnosis.
Screen, battery and most component replacements normally don’t erase your photos, contacts or files. We still recommend backing up before any fixed whenever possible, because unexpected faults can occur with damaged devices.
Usually no. For standard hardware fixed such as screens and batteries we normally don’t need your PIN or passcode. If access is needed to diagnose a fault, we’ll explain why and ask permission first.
Parts depend on the device and fixed. We may offer manufacturer-original parts where genuinely available and compatible high-quality replacement parts. We explain the options, price differences and warranty before work begins.
Yes, we assess liquid-damaged phones, iPads, MacBooks and laptops. Switch the device off and don’t charge it. Fixed and data recovery can’t be guaranteed, and liquid-damaged devices don’t carry the fixed warranty.
Yes. We’ll collect your phone, iPad, MacBook or laptop and drop it back for free, anywhere in Sydney. Call any shop or send a quote request and we’ll book a time that suits you.
